These are the general terms for the standard website offer. A written proposal or agreement may add or replace terms for a specific project.
Standard offer
The standard offer is a small-business brochure website for $299 one-time setup, followed by $49/month managed care. Work begins after the scope, business information, payment terms, and approval process are confirmed in writing.
Monthly care includes
- Managed hosting and SSL
- Availability monitoring
- Routine backups
- One small text or image update each month
Quoted separately
- Large redesigns or new page systems
- Booking systems and ecommerce
- Custom applications or member areas
- Professional translation, photography, or branding
- Domain registration and renewal fees
Your content and approvals
You are responsible for confirming that the names, claims, prices, contact details, images, logos, and other materials you provide are accurate and that you have permission to use them. We do not make a proposal website official or connect it to your domain without your approval.
Revisions and monthly updates
The setup scope and included revision rounds are confirmed before payment. Monthly care includes one small text or image update that does not change the site structure. Unused updates do not accumulate. Larger or urgent work requires a separate quote and schedule.
Domains and third-party services
You own and control your domain whenever practical. Domain fees and paid third-party services are separate unless a written proposal says otherwise. Availability, policies, and outages of third-party providers are outside our direct control.
Cancellation
Monthly care may be cancelled before the next billing date by emailing us. Amounts already paid for completed setup work or a started billing period are not automatically refundable. Before service ends, we will explain the available handoff or export options for the project’s agreed deliverables.
Reasonable limits
We will provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise search rankings, visitor numbers, sales, uninterrupted availability, or compatibility with every third-party change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service during the previous three months.
